I did the 5-day Jumpstart Program with Lori because I had hit a plateau with my weight.  Despite a lot of exercise, I couldn’t shake a few extra pounds that were hanging on from the holidays and had very little willpower to avoid sweets, which I knew were a problem.  The program was great.  The meal replacement shakes and bars kept me feeling well fed and eliminated my sugar cravings. I also experimented in that week with building the habit to eat healthy snacks- edamame, nuts, veggies, etc.  As a result, I’ve lost the 10 pounds that I wanted to lose.  I’m maintaining healthy, low-glycemic eating and have a great energy level–despite the fact that I also kicked caffeine.  It’s hard to believe that one could accomplish so much in 5 days…but it really works!
